America’s Most Disliked Athletes:

Each year, Forbes Magazine comes out its “America’s Most Disliked Athletes” list. Where does your favorite athlete fit in? Do you agree with this list? Who do you think should or should not have made the list? When it comes down to it, the fans are the individuals who may just be each athlete’s biggest critic. Recent survey results for Nielsen and E-Poll Market Research indicate the following:

Michael Vick tops the list. This one is easy, Americans love their pets. Any man , who abuses and fight dogs, will easily be disliked by Americans. To top it all off, Vick did not have a winning season. A winning season is the one thing that may get some American’s back on Vick’s side.
Tiger Woods’ sex addiction was a high-profile media scandal. Despite his accomplishments on the golf course, Woods’ personal life will likely outshine any accomplishments in the near future.
Plaxico Burress and his senseless place third. Why would you carry a loaded gun into a night club and how do you accidentally shoot yourself? It’s doubtful that anyone can give us a legit answer to why and how.
Ndamukong Suh plead guilty to stomping on a Packer’s offensive lineman during the 2011 NFL season. The game was nationally televised and on Thanksgiving Day. Don’t mess with Americans and our football players and you likely won’t make this list.
Kris Humphries is likely on this list for his wedding and divorce – and there was not much time between the two. The question is do those polled really dislike Humphries or is it the Kardashian’s they are not a fan of?
LeBron James took his talents out of Cleveland, which people are having a very difficult time getting over. Since James took his skills to South Beach, there appears to be a lack of talent.
Kobe Bryant is one of the greatest Laker’s of all time. He has 5 NBA championships and is 5^th in all-time scoring. The only blemish in his personal life is that he cheated on his wife once years ago and has since made up for it. Maybe those pulled are jealous of success?
Terrell Owens isn’t even playing any more. T.O. is scandalous and outspoken. Maybe that is what landed him on this list.
Alex Rodriguez is a big name in baseball and he took steroids. While he confessed to it, the public seems to be a lot less forgiving.
Kurt Bush. Honestly, I couldn’t tell you enough about NASCAR to justify this one.
