Alabama or LSU?

National Title Game! Tigers or the Tide? Who are you picking? What do you think about Alabama being in the title game?

Let me tell you what I think about the game and see if you agree with me? LSU Tigers for sure belongs in the game, they have finished undefeated in the toughest conference in America, beating Alabama, Arkansas, and Florida. If that isn’t enough, they went outside the conference to beat Oregon and West Virginia. Is that impressive or what? The most points allowed by LSU this season was 27 to Oregon, and second most was to West Virginia. If you didn’t already know, Oregon averages a zillion points per game, and look at what the Mountaineers just did to Clemson, hanging 70 on them! Impressed yet?

Now the Alabama Crimson Tide , what have they done? 21pts to Georgia Southern is the most that their defense has allowed this season, and has anyone ever heard of Georgia Southern? Their toughest opponent this season outside of LSU is the Florida Gators who were ranked 12th at the time. So what is impressive about Alabama? Their defense? There are a lot of things that you can say about the first game between the two, like a few missed field goals could have won the game for them, and you could keep making excuses for the loss, or try to find some rhyme or reason for the offensive mistakes…or you could just give it up to the best team in the nation in LSU. Alabama didn’t even win their own conference, let alone their own division. So should they even be in this game? As much as I want to say NO, and that it’s not fair to Oklahoma St, who won their conference, I do believe that Alabama is the second best team in the country.

I feel everything worked out for the Tigers just like it should have. No.7, Tyrann Matthew, who in my mind should have won the Heisman Trophy, is an animal. Once he gets into “BEAST” mode, there isn’t a team out there that can stop him. They call him the “Honey Badger”! Honey badgers have no fear of anything, and that’s how he plays on the field. If you are anywhere near him with the ball, chances are he is going to take that ball away from you, make you look like a child, and take it to the house for 6. If you don’t believe me, look at highlights from the Arkansas, West Virginia, and Ducks games! Tyrann Matthew is a human highlight reel that makes watching the Tigers defense so much fun.

I’m just going to let you know this right now that the Tigers are going to be the National Champs this season. They are freakishly good and play with a Swagger that I haven’t seen in college football since USC had the Reggie Bush, Lendale White, Steve Smith, Matt Leinart, Dwayne Jarrett combo, and Miami of 2002 had the Ken Dorsey, Clinton Portis, Jeremey Shockey, Ed Reed, and Johnathan Vilma combo! An “Unbeatable Swagger” is what they have, and I hope you enjoy watching them bring that on to the field this Monday! I hope that you enjoy watching the Crimson Tide get Demolished this Monday in the Tigers home town. LSU is bringing the Voodoo!
