2012 NFL Playoff Schedule
The 2012 NFL playoff schedule is up and fans are eagerly awaiting next weekend’s games.
Here is the schedule
#6 Seed Cincinnati Bengals vs. #3 Seed Houston Texans- This will be the battle of rookie quarterbacks, T.J. Yates for the Texans who has had some bright spots filling in for the injured Matt Schaub vs .Andy Dalton rookie sensation for the Bengals. This playoff game can be seen on NBC Saturday January 7, 2012 at 4:30PM EST.
#6 Seed Detroit Lions vs. #3 Seed New Orleans Saints- This will be a rematch of the week 13 game, which the Saints won 31-17. Don’t expect much defense this game, as this will be an absolute shoot out. This playoff game can be seen on NBC Saturday January 7, 2012 at 8:00PM EST.
#5 Seed Atlanta Falcons vs. #4 Seed New York Giants- The winner of this game can make a nice run in the playoffs. Both quarterbacks, Eli Manning and Matt Ryan have the ability to carry their teams deep into the playoffs. This playoff game can be seen on FOX Sunday January 8, 2012 at 1:00PM EST.
#5 Seed Pittsburgh Steelers vs. #4 Seed Denver Broncos- The Tim Tebow phenomenon has been failing the past couple of weeks. They backed into the playoffs with a loss, due to the Raiders losing as well. The Steelers have a bunch of injuries coming into this game, including Rashard Mendenhall who may not play. Watch for a very low scoring game as both defenses are the strength of these teams. This playoff game can be seen on CBS Sunday January 8, 2012 at 4:30PM EST.
