Week 9 College Football Predictions

So far for the season we are 2-3. Since it’s a blizzard here in the North East, the Guru is hitting the books and searching for those winners.

Clemson -4.5 vs Georgia Tech- Clemson usually starts out hot, then loses a couple of games later on in the season. Everyone has been wondering what week will the Tigers collapse? Ranked 5th in the country, week 9 will be the week the fold like a cheap suit. Take the 4.5 at home, as the Yellow Jackets pick off the Tigers.

West Virginia -6 vs Rutgers- Rutgers does not have any quality wins. Boy this would be a huge one. Only problem is there is a blizzard heading up the East Coast, which may slow down the Scarlet Knights All Star Sanu. West Virginia has been battled tested even though they lost a disappointing game in the Carrier Dome last week. Lay the points as the Mountaineers cover in a close game.

Navy vs Notre Dame -22- ND lost a tough one last week, so I’m thinking there a little pissed. Not to mention the Fighting Irish have lost to Navy the past 3 out of 4 meetings. ND proves a point throws up over 50 vs Navy in a blow-out

Stanford -8 vs USC- USC is very over-rated this entire season. Another team with no quality wins( No ND is not a quality win). Stanford “Gets it up” for the Trojans. Stanford 41-17.

Wisconsin -8 vs Ohio State- Only shot the Buckeyes have is controlling the ball. To bad Wisconsin is the best in the country in that category. Ohio State will fall behind early, and they have some serious problems when it comes to throwing the ball. Blow out by 1/2 time.

Baylor Bears +15 vs Oklahoma State- Boy there will be a lot of scoring in this game. RGIII doesn’t have the supporting class to get the win, but they will cover. Sooners D has a lot of holes, watch for RGIII to have a career day in the Prime Time spotlight.

South Carolina -3.5 vs Tennessee- Simple one here, South Carolina never wins in Mountain Top Country…check the stats for yourself. Take the 3.5 as the Vols get a big win.

Georgia -3 vs Florida- Murray is quietly having a huge season. Watch for him to have another big game today in the Swamp.
